Patience is a virtue

Hardly three weeks ago, our air conditioning went out honest in the middle of the evening. I have a heart condition that makes it necessary constantly for myself and others to have air conditioning or I can’t actually breathe. My husband was going to call the Heating, Ventilation & A/C corporation. He was telling them he was genuinely concerned about me, even though I couldn’t see going out and spending all that extra money when it was just four minutes before the local Heating, Ventilation & A/C corporation was open. He hemmed plus hawed plus eventually he even told myself and others to get dressed because forget it, the people I was with and I go to a hotel. I told him to just go ahead and turn on the fans plus I would be okay. I wasn’t feeling all that well within the first minute. I couldn’t believe how easily and quickly the cool air had disappeared plus the air quality was rapidly deteriorating. My husband called our child plus asked her if the people I was with and I could possibly come over for a couple minutes. He knew she was getting up pretty soon for work at 4AM so it was a nice time to call. She was going to come grab myself and others and take us there but our husband said he would come over for the night with myself and others since the people I was with and I didn’t assume exactly when the Heating, Ventilation & A/C tech would be able to arrive. It was cool I was there, which was good, even though I wish it were under better conditions.
