My brother never has a problem staying in shape.
He has this natural gift, and endurance has never been an issue for him.
Besides that, he actually enjoys staying active. He gets antsy if he sits still for too long. He was a fidgety kid when he was younger, too. As an adult, it really that fidgety behavior has helped him stay in shape. He even had a great metabolism. He has a weight bench in his garage, which he uses once or twice a week. He also goes on long walks with his wife whenever possible. He never really considered joining a gym, because he considered himself a lone wolf and likes to exercise by himself. Recently, he has been reconsidering this choice, and has become intrigued by the idea of taking yoga classes. Yoga is not the first thing you would think of when you think, exercise. Regardless, it is exercise, and my brother is curious to see if it will improve his flexibility. He is not a young man anymore, and high impact exercise takes more of a physical toll on his body than it ever has before. He hopes that with some proper yoga, he can help to eliminate a lot of his aches and pains that have been bothering him. He did some research to find some local gyms that had yoga classes, he found three. He told me he was going to try out one yoga class, see what he thinks of it the next day, and take it from there.
