All my HVAC needed was an additional air return

I’m terribly exasperated with the condo I just bought.

Numerous locals, especially the older folks, kept telling me that older households were built better than numerous of the newer ones in our immediate vicinity. The plumbing, roofing, and foundation just isn’t right with the new households. One of them told me while looking at paint in the hardware store. I was attempting to buy a condo and was asking advice in every arena I went, thinking that their life experience would somehow guide me to the right arena. Although I’m sure numerous of the older households that were cared for well are still in excellent shape, the one I bought was honestly too good to be true with the price. There was remodelling done throughout, but the price was certainly comparable to something with the same age and everything original inside from the kitchen cabinets to the old school windows. But, the condo I ended up purchasing was listed with everything substituted and upgraded throughout, with new appliances as well. I have been living here for around two weeks now and I just can’t get nice performance out of our air conditioner device. I run it typically and it just doesn’t seem to push the air around our condo well enough to keep it steadily freezing through each and every room. I figured I needed a larger air conditioner device, but to our surprise our heating and cooling serviceman said that the people I was with and I could improve the system’s performance by simply adding an additional air return for the Heating and Air Conditioning device’s air intake. This would allow more air to circulate and enter the air handler and in turn increase the pressure and amount of freezing air going through the ventilation and out each ceiling register. It has only been two days or so since the last air return was added and I can already feel the difference. My back room honestly feels as freezing as our kitchen in the front portion of our condo.
