My Volleyball Team Is Going to A Fitness Center

As a middle school volleyball coach, I can say that my team is seriously out of shape. During the school year, I work the girls hard with drills, and sometimes they work on cardio. Every now and then, I let the girls go into the weight room to lift. Most of the time, I attempt to get the girls in fantastic shape, because it’s amazing how lazy youngsters are now. I suppose technology has entirely ruined the athleticism in today’s children. I’m not equipped to handle getting them into shape either, so I’ve started talking with a personal training center, which offers youth fitness programs! Over the summer vacation, I’m going to have my volleyball team go to the training center two mornings per week for a group fitness class. It will then turn into small group workouts based on their positions. The personal trainer that will train with them is perfect. The trainer is a boy in his early twenties. My pre-teen girls are going to enjoy him. I suppose they’ll all burst into gear plus want to impress him. I suppose they will work hard and try not to fail with him watching. I also think the trainer will be a lot of fun plus come up with fantastic exercises for the girls. I hope this turns into a fantastic thing plus the volleyball team gets into shape. At the particularly least, I hope the youngsters have fun plus grow a special bond together.
