I seen the most messed up thing happen the other day. My neighbor was having an issue with his car to where it would not start. So, he went and got the jumper cables. He was hitting that thing with those jumper cables for a long while. Then, finally, I had seen his car get started. But, then I heard him yelling all kinds of bad words being pretty angry! I went outside to see what had went wrong, and that is when he told me that the jumper cables somehow shorted out his heating and air conditioning system in the car! I had never heard of such a thing happening before. Shorting out the car’s heating and air conditioning system by jump starting it? I am no mechanic, so I can not really comment. But, my neighbor knows a bit about cars. He explained to me that although it is rare, you can kill your car’s central heating and air conditioning system if the jumper cables hit something in the electrical charge of the start up. That really shocked me. My neighbor told me that he is now going to have to call a mechanic to come over and tow the car to the garage to fix his central heating and air conditioning system. He was complaining that the repair of the heating and air conditioning was not something he really planned on having to afford right now. I really felt bad for the guy. But, I learned something new here. And that was to be careful if jump starting your car! It could kill the heating and air conditioning system.
