My a/c serviceman was terrified of the dogs at the client’s house

I have four big dogs, and many of my guests are usually scared of them, except those who love dogs.

  • I must admit, once you meet the dogs, they seem very intimidating, but they are adorable when you get to know them.

From an early age, my parent’s introduced us to dogs, and I fell in love with the creatures. I have this colleague at the air conditioning company I work at, who is terrified of dogs, no matter the size. Last week, a customer called the indoor comfort business complaining that the indoor comfort had reduced, and he was not sure his thermostat was working fine anymore. I gathered my team of experienced a/c servicemen and headed to the premise. The house was in the suburbs, a beautiful three-bedroom house with three stories. Usually, most customers lock up their dogs whenever they have air conditioning technicians. The customer sees the dogs as family and lets them roam about. When my colleague saw the dogs coming to greet us, he almost wet himself because he thought they were coming after us. I requested the dogs get locked up to allow us to run the HVAC maintenance on the multi-split air conditioning. Though he is scared of dogs, the air conditioning provider knows more about air conditioning than the rest of the team, and he is also very ambitious. The quality air conditioner seemed pretty new because the HVAC installation had happened about three years back, according to the sticker on the unit. We wrapped up the air conditioning repair, and the air quality increased immediately. The customer was impressed with the service from the cooling industry and apologized for letting the dogs out.
