When people ask me what I do for a living, I laugh, knowing that it is going to be very hard to explain. Technically, I am a freelance writer, but honestly, that sounds a lot cooler than it is. In all actuality, I write short articles about the HVAC industry. It can be anything about the HVAC industry, as long as it contains a lot of keywords that have to deal with the HVAC industry. There is nothing that I cannot write about. Sometimes, I write articles about the ancient origins of heating systems and air conditioners. I have also written stories about the first furnace and air conditioner ever made. I write stories about the different types of heating systems and cooling systems, and I try to persuade people that certain HVAC units are a lot better than others. Whether the HVAC unit is in your car, your house, your office, or anywhere else, you can guarantee that I have probably written an article about any scenario that you can think of. Often, I write articles about stories of when a furnace or an air conditioner stopped working. When your HVAC unit stops working, there is always a small drama that ensues, and I like capturing that in writing. I always include a scenario in which the HVAC technicians attempt to fix the HVAC unit. Sometimes the HVAC technician is successful, and sometimes he has to come after someone has made the air conditioner worse. In some cases, the HVAC technician is rude, and sometimes he is kind. The hardest part of my job is coming up with topics to write about.
