Modernizing with a building automation plan

The commercial building I chose for my corporation was built in the late 1730s, then i chose the building because of its location and the historical charm.

I just prefer the tile facade, massive windows, high ceilings and ornate millwork. The space features the original hardwood floors, doors and moldings. I’ve restored the interior to create a comfortable and welcoming environment. I’ve also invested into quite a few new features, but while I’ve made an effort to preserve the legacy of the property, it was necessary to make updates for the sake of safety, convenience and efficiency. The old electrical wiring needed to be brought up to local codes. The copper plumbing was replaced to avoid leaks and water disfigurement. I replaced the Heating and Air Conditioning system and windows and added smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors and water sensors, a major improvement was the addition of a building automation system. This week’s smart technology is completely wireless, allowing upgrade without drilling into the walls and causing a mess. All of my smart electronics, appliances and systems are all connected to a single hub. I have access through a user-friendly app on my PC. Whether I’m at work, at dwelling or away on a scarce getaway, I can legitimately check up on operations, make changes and recieve alerts. I get notified if there is an dire temperature fluctuation, power outage or anyone enters the building without my consent. I cherish reminders when it’s time to have the heater, a/c or water boiler maintained. Automated door locks, lights and sound system make my life much easier.
