I’ve never been a position in which I was able to even dream about living in a real loft as an adult, i’ve been scraping by, making enough money to spend money off my student loans and barely supporting myself since I moved out of my mom’s house, and there were no chances for me beyond cheap house rentals; That’s why it’s been such a current experience to learn about Heating & A/C units in the first loft I’ve ever called my own. I got lucky, and my partner and I were able to find a loft within our budget recently, and everything seemed to be up to code, except we realized that the Heating & A/C unit was getting pretty old and would need repair soon, then as such, we’ve been trying to save up our money for the pending heating and cooling overhaul, and in the meantime we have been trying to use our heating and cooling devices as little as possible, then we’ve been incredibly lucky to have a loft with several levels, therefore providing a vast array of hot and cold temperatures naturally, without Heating & A/C intervention of any sort. We’ve been trying to capitalize on this characteristic by spending as much time in the lower level of the loft as possible, and it’s working out well on all fronts. Instead of using our AC, we simply camp out in the basement and prefer the inherently cooler air hot and cold temperatures that it provides, saving us wear and tear on our cooling unit and energy costs each month. We’ll have money for that current Heating & A/C in no time at all!
