The home next to my Mom’s home burnt down because of a space heater.
I asked my Mom about the whole home fire situation because I knew that it was close to his house.
I didn’t know that it was right next door though. He said that his buddy heated his entire home using only electric space heaters. My Mom had warned the guy numerous times not to use so numerous space heaters in his home because it was dangerous, but the guy was crazy and wouldn’t listen to my Mom. My Mom said that he went to visit his buddy once, and the guy had over ten space heaters in his house. I was so nervous to hear that the guy’s home burnt down, even though I suppose he should have listened to my Mom when he told him that he should not use so numerous space heaters in his house. At least the guy wasn’t home whenever his home caught on fire. That would have been much worse. The guy told my Mom that he plans to build a smaller home right where his first home was. He plans to use space heaters in his modern home even though a space furnace is a reason that his home burnt down. It is bad that he didn’t learn his lesson about space heaters, although he seems like that kind of guy who would not listen to sound reason. I just hope his next home doesn’t burn down because of his space heaters again. I don’t feel I will ever use a space furnace in my home again because of this guy’s story.
